The International Film Festival in San Sebastian has been the stage for promoting the tax advantages that the Canary Islands offer for film shoots. As part of the 64 edition of this prestigious event, the Canary Island Film brand was presented. It is formed by the Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC), Culture Network, Proexca and the Film Commissions.
Under the title of Canarias: the best tax advantages in Europe, it was announced the opportunities of the Archipelago as a natural set for filming in the Industry Club, section of the event which aims to promote new projects, the cooperation of professionals and international circulation of films. This professional meeting was attended by a broad representation of companies, producers and distributors, as well as press.
