To be a legal person or branch newly created, addressed and place of effective management in the geographical area of the ZEC.
At least one of the administrators or legal representatives, in the case of branches, must reside in the Canary Islands.
To make a minimum investment of 100,000 euros (in Gran Canaria and Tenerife) or 50,000 euros (in the other Islands) in fixed assets within the first two years from the entry in the ROEZEC.
To create, at least, 5 jobs (in Gran Canaria and Tenerife) or 3 (in the other Islands) during the first six months of enrolment in the ROEZEC, while maintaining this average while enjoying the benefits.
To develop permitted activities in the field of the ZEC.
