Canary Islands.- The Council of Ministers has given the green light to the specific extension referred to the validity for registration in the Official Registry of Entities of the Canary Special Zone (ROEZEC) until December 31, 2021, which until now had as Deadline December 31, 2020.
In accordance with the procedure, the Official State Gazette (BOE) of today Wednesday, November 18, 2020, publishes Royal Decree-Law 34/2020, of November 17, on urgent measures to support business solvency and the energy sector , and in tax matters, whose first final Provision includes the modification of section 2 of article 29 of Law 19/1994, of July 6, on Modification of the Economic and Fiscal Regime (REF) of the Canary Islands, regarding the validity of the Canary Special Zone.
Decree-Law 34/2020, of November 17, on urgent measures to support business solvency and the energy sector, and in tax matters in its first final provision specifies that section 2 of article 29 is modified, which is now drafted in the following way: «2.
